Madison Seidman operates a 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and tags still attached.

We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.
If you receive an item classified as faulty and or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please email to contact@madisonseidman.com
